Mensor's precision pressure calibrator establishes a new standard in flexibility. The CPC 6000 Automated Pressure Calibrator has two independent precision pressure regulating channels. Each channel can control pressure in an independent pressure loop containing two transducers; each transducer has an accuracy of 0.01% intelliscale-50 with a calibration interval of 365 days on specific ranges(see PDF datasheet for complete specification).

For low pressure control (<15 psi) an innovative internal pressure controller / generator is included which eliminates the need for an external pressure source. The innovation does not stop here. Transducer modules can be quickly removed for calibration or service. Calibration configuration data is stored on each transducer module, which provides a capability of interchanging one transducer with another of the same, or different range. On-the-shelf spare modules can be interchanged with modules in the CPC 6000 to virtually eliminate down time during calibration cycles. (view video of sensor being changed)

A precision internal barometric reference is optional, permitting the CPC 6000 to emulat either gauge or absolute pressures. Manual user interface is through a color-touch screen and the menus can be configured in one of eighteen languages for the benefit of international users. The CPC 6000 pressure calibrator / controller comes standard with IEEE-488, RS-232 and an Ethernet remote interfaces.
