Mensor can provide customized rack mounted pressure calibration systems that contain multiple pressure controllers and all required accessories for turn-key operation.
For example, the system pictured above is a Four Channel Pressure Control Rack which utilizes two Mensor CPC 6000 Automated Pressure Calibrators to accurately control four test pressures. The system includes serial controlled solenoid valves and pressure storage tanks for rapid switching between test pressures. In this system, the standard 19 inch instrument rack is 52 inches high and 30 inches deep equipped with casters. A built in pressure booster provides elevated pressures from a dry shop air type supply.
