The Model 8100 utilizes the latest in color touch screen technology to simplify operation. All functions are clearly and simply displayed on a selection of screens. There are no menu trees to scroll through or to get lost in. Quartz resonator transducers provide proven high accuracy and excellent log term stability.

The 8100 is available in standard ranges, however, custom pressure ranges can be ordered at no additional cost. This maximizes the accuracy of calibrations and increases the test uncertainty ratio.

The Model 8100 is composed of three modules: touch screen display, pneumatic and electronic modules. A new feature for this class of pressure test equipment is the "quick change" transducer in the pneumatic module, which allows fast removal or installation for re-calibration or range change. A screwdriver is all that is needed to open up the hinged front panel to remove or replace the transducer in seconds, eliminating controller downtime. The electronic module uses a ISA backplane to maximize performance and reliability. The electronic module contains the computer drivers for the instrument functions.

Pressure control is a proven proprietary Mensor design. This design provides a very precise "control stability" from zero to full span for both very low and very high pressures.
