For example, the Model 9302 Wind Tunnel Monitor pictured above was developed to meet an individual customers requirement for accurate pressure measurement, in the challenging environment of a wind tunnel. The system consisted of two differential pressure sensors to measure a wide range of wind speeds. Dual barometric sensors were included to allow monitoring of the air density on the high and low pressure side of the wind tunnel. The unit was also equipped with an RS-485 interface to provide long range communication back to the customers data acquisition system.
