Service

Mensor's objective is to provide quality customer support, whether troubleshooting an instrument over the telephone or servicing an instrument at our facility.

To expedite repair service, first contact Mensor Service at 512-396-4200 (extension 257 or wait and press 2 for Service), or email our Customer Service Coordinator. We can evaluate the issue and provide a solution or recommend that the instrument be returned to Mensor. Our Customer Service Coordinator can provide you with an estimated price and approximate lead time.

If it is determined that the instrument will have to be returned to Mensor, completely fill out the Product Return Form and submit it. This will imediately alert our Customer Service department and provide all the information necessary to complete the repair and process the order.

When sending the instrument in for repair, include within the return package the printed confirmation email that will be sent to you after submitting the Product Return Form. This will enable us to quickly match the instrument with the customer and readily see the issue that triggered the return.

Shipping / Packaging
Before packaging the instrument for shipment refer to the instrument's operation manual for specific instructions. Be sure to include the package the Product Return Form inside. All shipments should be sent prepaid (this includes warranty repairs) unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance by the Customer Service Administrator.
 
Firm Price Quotation
After the instrument is received by Mensor, a thorough check is made of the instrument. It is only after this step that we can provide you with a firm price and full description of the service to be performed for your final approval.
 
Warranty Policy
All repair work is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty, which includes parts and labor. Please notify Mensor immediately if you experience a problem or if the instrument is not performing to your expectations.
