Instrument Repair Services

Mensor's objective is to provide quality customer support whether troubleshooting an instrument over the telephone or servicing a customer-owned instrument at our facility. We will make every attempt to assist you in solving your problem or repairing your instrument at your place of business.

Before returning an instrument for repair contact Mensor or email our Customer Service Coordinator who can provide you with an estimated price, approximate lead time, and a return authorization number (RMA) for the service work to be provided.

For customers in Europe and SE Asia, Mensor also has International Service Centers



Shipping / Packaging

Before packaging the instrument for shipment refer to the instrument's operation manual for specific instructions. Be sure to include inside the package a complete description of the problem, and the name and phone number of the person the Customer Service Coordinator can contact. All shipments should be sent prepaid unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance by the Customer Service Coordinator.



Firm Price Quotation

After the instrument is received by Mensor, a thorough check is made of the instrument. It is only after this step that we can provide you with a firm price and full description of the service to be performed for your final approval.



Warranty Policy

All repair work is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty, which includes parts and labor. Please notify Mensor immediately if you experience a problem or if the instrument is not performing to your expectations.
