The Mensor Model 9414 is a Multi-Channel Pressure Controller that used as a stand-alone pressure controller or in conjunction with a larger turnkey system. The Model 9414 is ideal for high speed pressure testing and calibration in an automated production environment. Model 9414 can come with two or four independent, precision pressure control channels. Each pressure control channel can operate independently and utilizes the CPT6100 or CPT6180 Pressure Transducer. These transducers are available with an accuracy of 0.01%FS or 0.01%IS-50.
External remote transducers can communicate with the 9414 over RS-485 communications. Control of up to eight solenoid valves (12vdc at a maximum of 1 amp) can be done with the 9414 controller through the same 25 pin D-sub connector containing the RS-485 signals. The RS-485 port operates at 19200 Baud with 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no parity. Communications between the Model 9414 Quad Pressure Controller and the user’s computer are on an RS-232 9 pin D-Sub connector at 57,600 Baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit and no parity. SYSTEM: The Model 9415 combines the Model 9414, 9418, and the 9412 in a rack mounted system. The system provides solenoid valves used to channel pressure from precharged volumes plus point of use transducers (equipped with isolation solenoids) used to measure pressure directly at the device under test. The 9415 is a system used to rapidly calibrate up to 5 points (0-25).
