We are looking for a

Regional Sales Manager - Western USA


The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to drive the sales of WIKA Calibration Technology products through all available sales channels, including directly, manufacturer’s representatives and distributors located in the defined West Territory within US.


  • Set sales goals for each representative or regional distributor and manage their performance.
  • Provide detailed product training to customers, representatives and distributors.
  • Support representatives and distributors by generating sales quotations when needed.
  • Travel inside your territory performing sales calls with customers.
  • Create and distribute trip reports after each business trip.
  • Maintain a running 12-month comprehensive territory orders forecast.
  • Update territory results report monthly.
  • Manage expenses and complete expense reports for each business trip.
  • Provide product and market feedback from the territory to Director of Sales.
  • Attends and participates at industry trade shows.
  • Follow corporate quality procedures.
  • Maintain work areas according to corporate guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as specified by the Director of Sales.



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business or equivalent technical education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales of technical products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers – both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to select and manage sales channels.
  • Ability to understand and sell pressure and temperature calibration products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines through to completion.
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Up to 50% domestic travel may be required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
