Enterprise Support Associate coordinates all aspects of technology purchases including hardware, software, and other connected devices. The position is responsible for maintaining compliance with all licensing agreements. Works across all WIKA US subsidiaries and other groups as requested. Assists other Enterprise Support Specialists on project work as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and reports on help desk ticket transactions including assignments, escalations, and closure.
• Administers user access requests and policy compliance under the direction of department leadership.
• Assists department leadership in directed activities including but not limited to clearing database locks, conference room equipment setup, VDI administration, etc.
• Maintains and executes the appropriate processes, policies, and procedures to support technology purchases, software license management and compliance.
• Maintains relationships with technical vendors, company management, application development and infrastructure groups, and the internal and external user base to proactively plan and deploy tools and processes as needed for superior customer service and stability.
• Maintains clear and timely records on all procurement and licensing activities. Works with infrastructure leadership group to manage the Microsoft licensing usage and yearly inventory assessment.
• Works with Finance group to deploy effective fixed asset policies for technology purposes.
• Works with Human Resources group as a central contact for all on-boarding and off-boarding activities. Insures policies are strictly followed specifically related to network access.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of progressively responsible positions in roles directly responsible for the support and enhancement of technical infrastructures.
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and maintain accountability for successful execution of those commitments.
• Familiarity with Windows Desktop Environments, Basic +, Powershell, SQL scripting, MS Active Directory, Exchange, and Familiarity working with virtual machines.
• Extremely strong inter-personal skills and abilities to interact with management team and user basis on an proactive and supportive basis.
• Prioritizes and executes multiple tasks effectively with appropriate reporting to department management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support and enhance the platform.
