Mensor provides accredited calibration services for pressure, temperature, mass and electrical. The Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 & ANSI/NCSL Z540 shows the full scope and capability of our laboratory.
The best way to communicate your calibration need is to complete and submit the Calibration Quote Request form. This action will immediately send all necessary information to our Customer Service team, who will respond with a price and turnaround time. You can also contact Mensor at 512-396-4200 (extension 257 or wait for the prompt and press 2 for Customer Service) or email techservices@mensor.com to communicate your specific pressure calibration requirements.
Once you are ready to send your instrument in for calibration (or repair), fill out and submit the Product Return Form to provide us with instructions.
Traceability
All of our standards are traceable to SI units of measurement through NIST or the equivalent recognized international standards organizations.
All pressure sensors drift due to age, mechanical, chemical or thermal stresses. Although this can not be avoided, it can be detected in time through calibration or periodic verification. Use Mensor's A2LA accredited calibration service for your pressure instruments to minimize the risk of drift.
Advantages:
- Fast turnaround
- 50+ years of experience in pressure calibration
- Stay in compliance
- Avoid recalls
Pressure calibration scope under A2LA accreditation:
Parameters | Range | Calibration Uncertainties |
Gauge, Pneumatic | (-15 to 1100) psig (-15 to 6000) psig | 14 ppm 20 ppm |
Gauge, Hydraulic | (0 to 72,500) psig | 32 ppm |
Absolute, Pneumatic | (0 to 1115) psia (0 to 11,615) psia | 14 ppm 21 ppm |
Absolute, Hydraulic | (0 to 72,500) psia | 32 ppm |
Negative Gauge | (0 to -15) psig (0 to -15) psig | 21 ppm 26 ppm |
Mass sets are used by deadweight testers to generate precise pressure using the definition: P=F/A. The force (F) in this equation is generated by mass in a gravitational field. It is important to know the mass precisely to calculate the force. Mensor's calibration measurement capabilities for mass calibration within the scope of our A2LA accreditation is as follows:
Parameter | Range | Calibration Measurement Capability (+/-) |
Mass | (0 to 1) kg (0 to 10) kg | 0.24 mg 2.5 mg |
Precise measurement of temperature is important in many applications and industries. Mensor's temperature calibration capabilities under our A2LA accreditation are as follows:
Parameter | Range | Calibration Uncertainty |
Temperature | -40 to 420 Degrees C | 0.057 Degrees C |
Electrical signals are crucial for accurate signal measurement. Mensor's electrical calibration A2LA accredited scope is as follows:
Parameter | Range | Calibration Uncertainty |
