Precision digital pressure gauges are suitable for stationary and also mobile measurement and display of pressures. In addition, a digital pressure indicator can be used as a pressure reference and enables the easy testing, adjustment and calibration of other pressure measuring equipment directly on site. Through efficient measuring cells with electronic linearisation of the characteristic curve, a high accuracy is achieved.

What is a Digital Pressure Gauge?
A digital pressure gauge (DPG), or digital pressure indicator, is defined here as any pressure measurement device that indicates pressure digitally using an electronic display. They can operate as fixed or mobile while showing a simple, direct and precise reading on an integrated display. A perfect example of this would be the CPG2500 precision pressure measuring instrument.
How Does a Digital Pressure Gauge Work?
Digital pressure gauges use an electro-mechanical form of pressure measurement inside their casing along with circuitry to translate this value to a digital reading. This is beneficial for applications such as industrial processing, HVAC monitoring and automotive repair.
What are the Different Types of Digital Pressure Gauges?
The 2 main categories for digital pressure gauges are digital dial gauge and digital pressure indicator. A digital dial gauge is a DPG that looks like a traditional dial gauge in that it has a process connection and a round case with a display on the front. Digital pressure indicators are typically available in a desktop or rack mounted case.
The WIKA Build ID is a unique seven-digit code that temporarily saves an individual WIKA instrument configuration. The WIKA configuration can be saved, shared and used later using the Build ID.
